Carla Beheram
Carla Beheram is the Practice Lead in Risk and Assurance Advisory for Anchor Excellence. She leads Anchor Excellence’s Risk Assurance program and is a proud Registered Nurse with business and management qualifications and holds credentials in Clinical Governance from the Institute of Clinical Governance.
Akanksha Bernard
Akanksha Bernard is a results-orientated nursing home leader knowledgeable about effective recruitment, training and leadership strategies to maintain employee efficiency, accuracy and quality of services. Well-organised and resourceful with a proactive mindset and excellent communication skills.
Sarah Marciano
Sarah has an extensive background in both Homecare services & Residential services. She brings a wealth of experience in clinical and corporate governance, quality and safety, and aged care reform. Sarah’s key capabilities center around strengthening organisational resilience and ensuring compliance within the aged care sector. She possesses extensive experience in governance, risk management, business continuity planning, and regulatory compliance. This allows her to provide comprehensive support to organisations navigating the complex landscape of aged care regulations.
